    Once Alex has pulled out, Henry turns over to face him. He strokes the hair softly away from his face and Alex smiles at him.
    “So… that happened again.”
    Henry leans forward and kisses him on the forehead. “Indeed.”
    There’s a sort of thoughtful pause, where Henry can see Alex working to pull together the right words. “I’m not sure I’ve ever seen you that… thirsty?”
    “Oh, bugger off,” Henry says, but he’s laughing. It’s a fair description.
    “No, but I mean it. You were like… urgent. It was hot.”
    “It felt hot. I liked waking up like that. With you up against me, trying to have your way with me.”

    Set in and around the Henry bonus chapter, this is a story about Henry and Alex’s hectic schedules, family appearances etc. pulling them apart, and about what starts to happen between them, in the quiet of night: their sleeping bodies turning to each other, finding their sweet spots and opening up.
