Summary
Ranma wakes up one day to find himself -not- at the Tendo Dojo, having instead been thrown into another world where he has an intact family, a mellow father, a real mom, and siblings, the only question is how much of this new universe's challenges can he stomach while trying to get home to the world he remembers, the world where he's the best martial artist there is, the world where all his friends know who he is?
And, at the same time, someone -else- wakes up in the Tendo Dojo, equally confused, and trying just as hard to find their way home.

Summary
Ranma, and Ranma, have made their way to Tokyo with their asshole panda of a father. After falling into the spring of drowned triplets back in China, Ranma has to learn how to be a girl, and Ranma has to learn how to have a sister. The last Ranma doesn't really have much to worry about, given that they've lost themself in the cat-fist, but I'm sure they'll be fine.
This will be about the development of the sibling dynamic between the two Ranmas in Nerima, with some canon-typical hijinks occurring. There will probably be some existential stuff as they work out their relationship and their respective identities and how the curse plays into everything. Eventually Ranneko will show back up and they'll have to handle all that as well.

"What did you make?" Eijirou asks as the excited five-year-old roots around her backpack.
She makes a pleased sound, finding whatever it is, and turns around with her arms tucked behind her back.
"Close your eyes!" Kiko commands.
He and Katsuki trade a look before closing their eyes.
"No peaks! ...But put your hands out."
Both of them put a hand out only for something rough and feather-light to be placed there. Given the green light to look, they inspect the objects. Both of them have a paper mâché heart, finger painted in homage to their respective hero costumes. Kiko's face and ears are tinted pink, rocking back and forth on her feet nervously.
"Do you like it?" She asks shyly.
Eijirou can't get a word in edgewise before Katsuki does.
"It's my favorite heart I own."

Or the one where Eijirou raises his kid with his massive found family, and it sounds easy...only not when he's madly in love with a certain Katsuki Bakugou.
