Summary
“Screw the Sigu Sect,” Di Feisheng hisses, suddenly fierce, and Li Lianhua feels his hands clench into fists on his robe, knuckles pressing into his shoulder blades. “Screw the Jinyuan Alliance. Screw all that. I want you. This. Holding you. Having you. Going to sleep and waking up with you. Fishing, cooking, chopping wood, or whatever the hell you do here on your own.”

Summary
“I've built this,” Di Feisheng finally says, the bitterness in his voice almost tangible, and gestures around himself, “to make sure I've no weaknesses. I established the Jinyuan Alliance for the same reason, and it took me years to do that, to gather all those people around me. I’ve spent years cultivating to make sure no one could surpass me, no one could defeat me.” Another pause, and when his eyes finally meet Xiangyi’s again, the look in them is an inscrutable mixture of anguish, an odd sort of resignation, and that strange, absolutely alien softness. “And yet I’ve brought you here myself, to the very heart of it.”

Summary
Di Feisheng feels tears roll down his cheeks, surprisingly hot on his cold skin. “I can’t find you anywhere,” he whispers hoarsely.
“A-Fei…” the voice repeats, barely more than an exhale, the softest of caresses carried on the breeze.
Swallowing his tears, he tries again to make his vocal cords work. “Where are you, Xiangyi?”
“You’re holding my soul in the palm of your hand,” the voice replies gently.
It takes Di Feisheng a very long moment to realise that this isn’t merely a metaphor, the final consolation, or a confession coming way too late.

Or, there's definitely something off with that broken sword :D -

Summary
“You do know that standing guard on someone’s roof has an entirely different meaning, right?” Li Lianhua ventures at last, his voice light and amiable in a somewhat forced display of good nature.
A-Fei nods, though he remains serious. “Yes, I am aware of that,” he says without looking at Li Lianhua. “It signifies devotion as well as protection.”

Summary
It is in the bamboo forest on the outskirts of Mount Hua that Di Feisheng comes across Li Xiangyi for the first time. The young talent, whose name has been on everyone's lips for the past couple of months, seems to be practicing his martial arts skills in solitude here in the forest, with no one else but the full moon and a flask of what must be wine for company. Whether it is sheer coincidence, fate, or something else entirely that brings them together at this place and time remains unclear.

Summary
Paul isn’t one to wallow in depression and self-pity, however; he’ll leave that to Till and Richard himself, who seem to get off on all the misery which fuels their creativity. When Paul hits rock bottom, he is more in favour of the in for a penny, in for a pound approach. He doesn’t need fucking depression to be creative, he needs the opposite. He needs chaos and everything burning to ashes in a self-inflicted inferno.
Richard's infamous escape to West Berlin doesn't bring Paul much happiness. Obviously XD.

Summary
All of a sudden, Richard is peculiarly reminded of that evening they spent together fourteen years ago, the evening when this whole affair began. The evening when he consciously allowed himself to fall in love with one of his closest friends.
Funny.

"Look at yours," Richard merely mouths, his own eyes momentarily darting towards Paul's hand.
Paul does so, apprehensively, and no shit, there it is, sitting nicely around his own ring finger, plain and golden and doubtlessly – mercilessly – very wedding-like.Las Vegas, Made In Germany Tour, 2012

Summary
"I missed you," Richard whispers even though there are other things he wants to tell Paul, and missing him terribly is only one part of it all.
He kisses him again instead because he knows on some intuitional level of consciousness that it's probably not the time. He's not sure the time will ever come for the two of them, though, and it makes him cling even closer to the one he loves.

Say it, Paul nudges Richard’s mind with his own thoughts in dismay, in a desperate hope for some mutual telepathy. Just say it, Richard. Ask me to stay, come on, just do it. Please. Please!

Summary
LIFT UP THE RECEIVER, I’LL MAKE YOU A BELIEVER! A deafening siren suddenly blares in a listless, machine-like voice, making Paul start so violently he nearly jumps.
When he reaches the table and does take the goddamn receiver, his hand trembles visibly. The handset is made of black porcelain and it feels heavy, its metal earpiece cool against his skin. He has to take a deep breath to steady his voice before he dares to speak.
“Hello?” Paul cautiously says once that machinery click from long-gone days has died out in his ear.
“Paul!” the handset exclaims in very badly feigned surprise in what unmistakably sounds like Richard’s voice.
That is, Richard’s voice under the condition that he is utterly bonkers. We're in a madhouse!

Summary
Jesus Christ, seriously now? Richard wonders in minor surprise. Did he really have an erotic dream starring that drooling, dishevelled creature? No, don’t get him wrong, in the dream Paul did look one million bucks, but every dream must have something substantial to rely upon, and now just watch this man, occasionally letting out a soft snore and damping his pillowcase with his own saliva.
Richard finally has his two cents to put in XD

Summary
What brings him back to life is Richard’s husky voice coming from somewhere suspiciously close to Paul’s chair, where he lays limp and spent, still mostly dead to the world outside.
“Should I take care of you, too, sweetheart?” that voice asks ever so gently, and it makes Paul’s eyes snap open in pure horror because, for a moment, he’s sure Richard is speaking to him. We're back to the real world for a change!

Summary
Reluctantly, Paul pries his eyes open, but only to experience another shock of this horrible night; namely, his goddamned fellow guitarist perched on the edge of his bed, hair in not quite the usual artistic disarray, face almost unattractively sleepy, but with lips stretched into that knowing little smirk which Paul has nearly come to dread. This time it's tinged with concern, though, or so it seems. If he had more control over his own limbs, Paul would have certainly reeled, but in his present state – numb from sleep, perturbed by his latest nightmare and, most likely, still pretty much inebriated – seriously hungover, at the very least – the only part of his body he can muster into submission is his eyes, leaving him speechlessly staring at his bandmate in sheer terror.
There is a bit of development in Richard and Paul's very complicated dreamscape XD

Summary
Paul doesn’t know how the flogger that has been hanging from his belt finds its way into his hand. The next thing he is aware of is that he is viciously flagellating himself, praying for the sobering pain that won't come and watching, longing for the naked personification of some Roman God, wet, spent, and glorious, writhing in the post-orgasmic convulsion on the bench among the roses Paul has been taking care of since his first day in this monastery. And for some reason, he is unable to stop repeating the name he isn't even sure has anything to do with reality.
Or yet another episode of poor Paul's wet dreams.

Summary
“So…” Paul's voice has a streak of nasty quivering to it, and he clears his throat in an attempt to sound a bit more confident. “This really is--”
“--Hell,” Richard offers helpfully.
Paul's mouth opens despite himself, and then, after no sound actually leaves it, closes again with a soft clack of his teeth.
Well. Just how much better can it possibly get? The brothel from the previous dream starts to look like a luxurious resort in comparison with this.
“And you are--”
“--the Devil incarnate, naturally,” Richard says in a crisp, matter-of-fact manner.Or Paul's subconsciousness keeps pestering him a lot. Poor thing.

Richard's thumb and forefinger, as if accidentally, slide along the shaft of his walking stick, slowly, up and down, up and down, until Paul simply can't take it anymore. Summary
For a few heartbeats, Ed doesn’t answer, continuing to stare, unable to take his eyes off the curve of Stede’s lips and off the vivid blue of his eyes. Then he leans in, though he does it much more slowly this time, taking Stede’s face into his hands as if he were some precious thing that requires worshipping, and presses a kiss to his lips; a kiss so full of yearning and appreciation and tenderness that it threatens to tear Ed from the inside if he doesn’t let it all out.
“I missed you,” he whispers, a confession which is perhaps harder to make than a love confession would have been.

Summary
“Hm, there’s The Blackbeard’s, now that you’ve mentioned pubs,” Frenchie says thoughtfully.
Stede frowns. “That place which looks like a pirate ship? Isn’t it a bit…” he trails off and struggles to find a suitable word to describe it, having never been a regular of any pubs or bars, let alone pirate-themed ones. “Er… kind of intimidating?”
