Theo shakes his head. "They're not for you. They're for you to give to Eddie." He points at Eddie, standing frozen with two stacks of toilet paper in his arms. "Eddie likes flowers."
"He does?" Buck asks, looking at Eddie curiously.
Eddie looks away, cheeks colouring. The two pendants under his shirt burn against his skin.
Theo nods enthusiastically. "He likes flowers and he likes you, so you should give him flowers Buck."
"Yeah Buck," Chris singsongs. "You should give him ~flowers~."

“Buck,” Eddie says, a small smile curving at the edge of his mouth, “wanna get married? For our honeymoon, we’ll scam your parents out of some money and make Ravi’s accountant do our taxes.”
“Well,” Buck says drily, “that sounds like an offer I can’t refuse.”
“I’m sorry,” Eddie says, in his very best – meaning very bad – impression of Buck when he gets his hands on a clipboard. “What was that?”
“Yes, Eddie,” Buck says, putting on an air of suffering despite the butterflies making themselves at home in his stomach. Man, whoever Eddie ends up proposing to for realsies is gonna be so lucky. “I’ll marry you.”

Starting tomorrow, we're handing the keys to this account over to some of the finest people in the Los Angeles Fire Department, our captains.
Each day, a different captain from a different firehouse will be taking over @lafd_official to give you a behind-the-scenes look at life in the LAFD. Expect firehouse tours, meet the crew, safety tips, and a whole lot of heart.

Captain Nash has been with the LAFD for several years and is widely regarded as one of the best in the department, not just for his record, but for the culture he's built at the 118. His crew will tell you there's nowhere else they'd rather be.
