Summary
Harry Potter gave and lost everything to the war, so when he disappears shortly after its conclusion it's unsurprising to most, including Severus Snape. Still, the world moves on and Severus mostly puts the boy-who-lived out of his mind until he finds himself face-to-face with eyes he'd recognize anywhere, attached to someone who doesn't remember him or his own real name. Unwillingly he finds himself the only one who might be able to help Harry Potter find some semblance of a life past the war, and maybe find a bit of his own as well.
