Too ensnared by memories and reminiscing Lan Wangji doesn’t hear someone enter the courtyard.
The hairs on the back of his neck flare as he snaps his head to stare at Nie Huaisang staring back at him, witnessing him unthreading the shroud. “Lan Wangji? What’re you doing…”, Nie Huaisang is taking slow steps back, reaching for the door. “I…I don’t know anything!!!” Nie Huaisang screams as he runs from the courtyard to presumably find Lan Xichen.

Or Lan Wangji is forced to marry after trying to save Wei Ying, he delays this by tricking his suitors into believing a burial Shroud takes 10 years to do. After being caught, he presents his suitors with a challenge. Wei Ying is summoned as usual and is brought back to Cloud Recesses where he happens to foil the suitors plans alongside Sizhui & Jingyi. Wei Ying also happens to win the challenge.Very much inspired by EPIC: The Musical and wanted to give it a shot at writing what I was imagining!

Summary
When Alastor was alive, he was so obsessed with Lucifer that he left many gifts for him before the man himself finally made an appearance. Alastor then proceeds to become a fumbling mess when in the presence of the object of his affection whom he ultimately makes a deal with so he may continue to leave his beloved lovely sacrifices in his name. Lucifer will spend the rest of his time watching the human before his untimely demise, finally claiming his spirit in the afterlife. They will get to spend an eternity together now.
