Jeongguk belongs high above the rocky earth, in the misty clouds that cover the tallest mountain peaks. But that home has been stolen from him. Bitterly, he wonders how long it would take to climb the mountains and find his way back. With his wings, it would have taken a few hours at most. But now, injured and flightless, the same journey might take him months.

Jimin sits there for a moment in silence, staring down at the small animal nuzzling against his chest. He can hear a few shelter employees giggling quietly.
“Jungkook, huh?” Jimin ponders, the cogs in his brain slowly starting to steamroll ahead. Slowly piecing some information together. “That’s a really human name for a bunny.”
“Mhm, yeah, it is. That’s fine though, considering the fact that he’s a human.” Namjoon says casually.

Jimin finally admits to himself that he's lonely, and sets out to adopt a cat. Jungkook works part time at an animal shelter & rescue center, and maybe he spends more time playing with the rescue bunnies than actually doing his job. Jimin doesn't seem to mind though.
