Summary
Fifteen hours. Fifteen whole hours of him recording a Minecraft video, and yet it doesn’t even tell the whole story. Avery tried to figure out what was going on, he really did. He analyzed the recording the first time he saw it as much as he could, but nothing. He’s not good at these kinds of puzzles, him and Derlord know that. Stupid riddles, stupid puzzles, stupid videogame, stupid google drive file.
Avery knows that Derek doesn’t want him to think that he failed, but how can he not? If he was smarter, maybe things would’ve gone so differently. The recording of his letter… he can hear how much he’s suffering, so why? Why did he do this? Why couldn’t he just risk another way of escape that doesn’t harm both of them?

Who would have thought that living through the most traumatic event of your life would be just one part of the problem?
The DMS have Derek and Avery, though neither of them know that the other is there.
