Summary
All Reki wants is to make friends in college, but so far he's been out of luck. So when Langa Hasegawa wanders into his campus coffeeshop, an awkward finance major with a big heart and a secret passion for birds, Reki's whole college experience comes to life. Summary
Reki is more flushed than Langa’s ever seen him, his cheeks splotchy and red as he touches his own face, the spot Langa just kissed, eyes squinting up at the corners. Langa’s heart is thumping, because they’ve never done that before, they’ve cuddled and hugged and slapped hands more times than he can count but they’ve never kissed, not even on the cheek.
“Thank you,” Langa says, before he can think it over, and then he feels the warm flush of embarrassment rising up to his own face again, because what a silly thing to say, but, but his mother taught him to always be polite, so he swallows and tries again. “That...that helped.”
reki is afraid of rainstorms, even if he doesn't want to admit it. langa wants to help, so together they build a blanket fort and cuddle and maybe find the courage to confess their feelings, too.

Summary
Langa is in trouble.
He has been crushing on one of his new coworkers, Reki, even though they are quite literally polar opposites. Despite his raging crush, Langa’s inexperience at making friends gets in the way of getting closer to the redhead.
That is until the day of Christmas Eve, in which a mistake with an order gives Langa the opportunity to stay alone in the bakery with Reki, making what they love to do most: Baking a cake.
