Izuku was in the middle of training for the sports festival when he suddenly met a rather strange girl. Dark purple hair, green eyes, and a black collar that looked like it had a pin on the side, Izuku couldn't be more captivated. Call it love at first sight or simple interest, it didn't matter. In the end, his heart is going to go boom!

Take Midoriya Izuku. Change things so that he idolises villains for how they inspire heroes. Give him an impetus to develop super science. Watch the exploits of a SUPER VILLAIN.

Izuku's personality remains the same but instead of heroes he is a villain otaku who believes in the narrative convention that a hero is defined by their villains.
So he decides to provide the heroes with a better class of villain to help the heroes improve.

Summary
Izuku Yagi was a strange child. He had green hair like his mother, but besides that he didn't really inherit any features from his parents. His bright blue eyes were the standout. They contradicted from his families usually green or black eyes, and they contrasted with his green hair, making him look really different from others.
He was broken at a false diagnosis which labeled him as quirkless. However this diagnosis would not come in the shape as only a curse, with it came a blessing. A blessing that he wouldn't be aware of until he met a certain someone.
