Summary
Senjuro knew he was useless. He knew it even before his blade refused to change colour. Constantly berated and pushed down, Senjuro placed his fate in that of the hands of others, trusting himself to keep them happy and healthy if only to show his purpose somewhere.
Still, it never prepared him for his brother's words, eyes widening as he finally realized he might have a chance.
That he might just prove his father wrong.
In which Senjuro doesn't become Rengoku's tsuguko, but Tomioka's instead.
