This follows a variation in which the notorious serial killer Hisashi Shigaraki is deemed insane and so is saved from the death penalty. Izuku grows up to become a criminal profiler and his past haunts him. With Tomura on the loose and Izuku recognizing his killing patterns evolving, even coming to the conclusion that Tomura is killing with the help of others as a death cult. If he wants to catch Tomura, he unfortunately may need Hisashi's input.

Summary
Ethan Winters has always managed to find himself in the wrong place, at the wrong time, with the wrong people.

The situation he finds himself in is strikingly familiar - except instead of a muggy Louisiana bayou, it’s a vast Romanian village, and instead of four monstrous individuals hunting him down, there’s eight. Suddenly he’s been indoctrinated into Miranda’s twisted fairytale family, surrounded by a village of cultish worshippers and four loyal Lords. He’s only got one mysterious ally in his corner - a man who speaks in half-truths over the phone and goes by the singular name of “Karl.”
All Ethan wants is his daughter back. Is that really too much to ask?
