This couldn't have been anyone else but the elusive Heart Executive, the one who had been reportedly sent out on an important mission and whose place Rosinante had been preparing to take.
Or: Law gets accidentally launched into the past for a couple of minutes, landing in front of a pre-Corazon Rosi. It doesn't change the timeline but it provides closure for both of them.
