Akaashi’s breathing was that in a state of panic, rapid and uneven breaths and wheezes. He let out one more cough into the toilet and it suddenly fell out of his mouth. Akaashi stayed hugging the toilet with his eyes sewn shut. He was panting and gulping down deep breaths that he so desperately needed to catch up on.
Once he was breathing, he slowly pried open his eyes. After a few blurry teary-eyed blinks he saw it...

He wanted to believe, he wanted to let go of the pain that had festered for so long, but it wasn't easy to relinquish the past. They held each other's gaze for a long moment, unbroken silence hanging heavily between them, the fading sunlight casting a warm, golden glow upon their faces.
"You hurt me, Aziraphale. You hurt me more than you know. This isn’t enough.”

Aziraphale yearns for Crowley's forgiveness, while the demon battles his own conflicted feelings until they finally admit what's in their hearts. (I can't wait for S3 and just can't get enough, so here's a short post S2 fix, hope it helps you heal. Story set after they managed to stop the Second Coming, what can I say, I'm impatient and couldn't write it all. Chapter 2 is light smut and more fluff, nothing explicit as I'm not good with that type of writing.)

“Bokuto-san?” He asks, chopsticks still full of udon.
“Hmm?” Bokuto doesn’t look up from where he’s devouring his okonomiyaki.
“Is there a reason why you won’t let me touch your hair?”
“What do you mean?” Bokuto asks. To the untrained ear, it sounds nonchalant, but Akaashi knows better – there’s a hint of nervousness in Bokuto’s voice.
The dark-haired man holds eye contact, willing himself to be bold. “You don’t let me touch your hair. When we cuddle you hold my hand when I get too close and you insist on fixing your hair yourself,” he clarifies, trying to be direct without seeming too accusatory. “And when we fuck, it’s more like you touching me.”

Summary
The spark behind The Black Jackal’s Jazz Club has returned after a new owner Tetsurou Kuroo catches the attention of jazz lovers and New York City locals alike. As part of the Fukurodani Press, Keiji Akaashi attends the re-opening of the club, where he’s impressed by the high caliber of the band, as well as the attractive baritone saxophone player, Koutarou Bokuto. In need of an interview, Akaashi approaches the stunning man, and learns of his band members: Shouyou Hinata, Atsumu Miya, and Kiyoomi Sakusa, all from jazz institutes, except Bokuto. After some suggestive flirting, they plan to meet again, their initial attraction undeniable. Akaashi’s curiosity is piqued, and as he spends the weekend with Bokuto, what he finds out about the seemingly confident man proves that a lot can happen in a weekend.
