    -Slowburn + Volleyball/Regular highschool AU-

    Sweat dribbled down Katsukis face, his eyes on the ball, “I got it!” would come from either him or his teammates every so often, as the ball came around. Even with bruised knees and busted up elbows, Katsuki was happy. He was content. This was his sport, the sport he was made for, the sport he was meant to fulfill.

    While playing, everything would stop. He’d stop thinking about his home life, about his mother who hits him, who still calls him Kat, who never even tried to accept her son. He’d stop thinking about if he was going to end up on Seros rooftop again, while the other smoked Marjuana, letting the dank smell fill his nose while they vented to each other. It all just.. disappeared.

    Another win for the UA volleyball team. The crowd was cheering, good games were exchanged, and while Katsuki and Sero walked to the locker room, the black haired male spoke,

    “I think you’d really enjoy hanging out with my friends.”

    And the rest was history.
