Summary
Jason Todd lived an interesting life.
The Red Hood's life could definitely be described as interesting too, but sources close to the Hood suggest that he would describe it as "annoying". The most likely cause? His Hood Rats.
(This is going to be rough, but I couldn't get the idea out of my head. Basically Jason is still crime boss and his henches are called "Hood Rats". Because Jason did not spend all that time looking up to Dick to just not use puns. There is a female OC in the story but she is not shipped with anyone. Once I get the story out of exposition purgatory it will be mostly focusing on the group dynamics of Jason's gang and also messing with the Bats.)
(This is not finished and is unlikely to ever be but if you want to steal this idea go ahead. Just let me ramble about the stuff i didn't get to to you and/or make me aware of the new fic.)
