“Dude, what?”
“Agustus,” Matt moved to grab his bag. He was going to be late at this rate. “No one knows we’re dating.”
“Of course they do, it’s been seven years!” Seven years and eight months, actually, but who’s counting. “What, you think that they think we’re just bros?”
“Yep.” He popped his lips, shrugging his satchel on.
“Bros who live together.” Gus really didn't need to take that tone.
“Uhuh.” Shoes on.
“Bros who kiss?”
“Have they seen us kiss?” Matt quirked a brow.
“I mean,” Gus stammered. “Surely they have!”
“So they think we’re bros who kiss,” he huffed. "Anyways, gotta go. Love you, bye!”Matt and Gus realise that no one knows they’re dating. They try to test the limits of obtuseness and see how long it’ll take for someone to finally take the hint. It takes longer than you’d think.
