   Summary

Neil fails his attempt but he gets amnesia, living a new life as Dr. James Wilson. His friends have been wondering where he’s been since the night of the play, especially Todd.
A decade later, Todd becomes a spunky actor in Neil’s honor, forgetting his poet dreams. One of his acting gigs landed him in the ER, just in time to meet someone very Familiar.

   Or, Alternatively,

Todd basically being Ethan Hawke and you don't need to know anything about House M.D. to enjoy this fic :D
