Summary

It is 1946. The Sirens have pushed humanity to the brink of extinction, forcing Azur Lane and the Crimson Axis into a fragile alliance. While the miraculous creation of the Kansen helps turn the tide at sea, naval supremacy is only half the battle. Wars are won with boots on the ground, and human infantry don't have the luxury of shipgirl rigging.
Lieutenant Matt Ledger is part of a multinational assault company thrust into the Pacific meatgrinder. KMS Tirpitz, the "Lonely Queen of the North," is the Iron Blood battleship tasked with clearing their path. One is a mortal fighting to keep his men and women alive in the mud; the other is a weapon of mass destruction who has never known vulnerability.
As the bloody campaign continues, their paths slowly intertwine. Together, they must bridge the vast divide between flesh and steel, and decide what price they are willing to pay to finally end the war.
