It's been a few decades since the fight with Demon Slayers has ended; Tanjirou had become the King of Demons and the remaining Upper Moons have pledged their loyalty to a new ruler.
The only obstacle now was figuring out what the heck was a "birthday".(This is set around the 1960s, around 50 years after the original manga timeline and was made for Tanjirou, whose birthday is on July 14th!)

Businessman & CEO of Kibutsuji INC, Tsugikuni Michikatsu, has an excruciatingly busy life where he rarely gives himself time to relax, rest or hang with friends. He lives alone with his old canine friend and remains restrained by his debilitating major anxiety issues. Every. Damn. Time. He leaves the house.
He has no faith in searching for his cure, it's autopilot. Work. Eat (sometimes). Go home. Work. Rarely sleep. Repeat.
Then his coworker/'friend' Akaza suggested he invest in hiring someone to help him with his routine and home life. That sounded like a wondrous idea, but the issue is.. Michikatsu is scared and awkward as hell, how is this even going to work?

Yoriichi thrust his katana into Kokushibo’s body. But… It wasn't a fatal wound. The human’s strength was still… inhumane. His little brother blocked the demon on the ground and then, he crushed his bloody palm on Kokushibo’s lips.
The demon widened his eyes.
“Aniue. Drink. Please. You’ll be better after recovering your mind. I hope my blood will help you a little…”
Kokushibo didn’t want to drink it. He just wanted to tear Yoriichi’s body parts. But his instinct told him to drink.
