Summary
Midoriya has given up on being a hero after the number one himself told him that he could never be one without a quirk. He didn't want to be a villian so he settled on the middle ground, vigilantism. It goes well for the first few months beside Eraserhead being on his tail. However, every thing changes when he gets hit with a quirk which won't let him die.
