Summary
He's done all the investigations he could as Batman and Bruce Wayne, logically there's nothing to the rumor, but he has a hunch and he can't let it go. He can't let the rumor of a new horrific medical experiment at Arkham lie. He's got no choice but to go undercover and investigate himself. It's dangerous and probably a bad idea but he's all out of options.
Then the clown shows up and threatens to ruin it all. The only question is how much does he actually know?

Summary
No one got to see Robotnik like this but him. Only he got to see Robotnik with slightly dishevelled hair. Only he got to see Robotnik not dressed to the nines, in an oil-splattered shirt and plain slacks. Only he got to see the way his eye lids stayed closed for a second longer than necessary, his body fighting his mind. Only he got to see the way his tongue would dart across his lips when he was concentrating.
I wonder what they would taste like.
