“We invited you out tonight,” Johnny says right to Ten, “because we wanted to tell you something.”
Johnny leans in towards Kun, just the tiniest bit, and it’s hardly anything at all. But Ten notices anyways, but Ten is thinking over everything, but it’s all clicking into place, and Ten’s world, very abruptly, stops.
He knows that tone. He knows what it means when two friends sit down in front of a third friend like this. He knows what those smiles mean, that flirty tone, the fond look. But he’s underwater, and he’s drowning, because why the fuck would it happen with Johnny and Kun.
“We,” Johnny says, clasping Kun's hand with his own, “are together.”

Summary
Hendery nods dutifully along to Sicheng’s droning explanations, affixes his signatures to documents when prompted, and after just fifteen minutes, leaves the building with his spanking new employment contract clutched to his chest and an impressively clammy handshake from Sicheng.
“Welcome to 1-800-LOVE-TALK,” Sicheng says in that same flat, disinterested voice, followed by the slogan Hendery had seen printed on a fading banner hung up in the office premises. “‘We gonna have a good time’.”
And just like that, Hendery’s hired for the world’s first multilingual sex hotline.
(Hendery's a barista by day, and mans a sex hotline at night. It's pretty much what he expects until, one fine evening, a certain DJ starts lighting up his line.)

“It’s not like we have to go super far or anything. I mean—I obviously don’t want to,” Yangyang lies through his teeth. “But being bad at kissing is embarrassing. And you’re the only person I can practice with where it would be, like. Not a huge deal or anything.”
“Not a huge deal,” echoes Dejun. Yangyang wonders if he’s going to just repeat back whatever he says for the rest of the night.
“You know. It doesn’t even count.” He tries for a grin. “Since we’re bros.”
Yangyang suggests kissing practice with Dejun. Just, like, as friends, in a chill way. Obviously it goes totally fine.
