Megumi hung up feeling a little relieved but suddenly nervous all over again. Now he’d actually have to ask Itadori to come with him.

He'd only meant to crack Megumi's door open long enough to peer in and hopefully spot the hoodie he'd misplaced earlier in the week. And well, if he somehow happened to spot a discarded pair of Megumi's underwear laying by his bed, slipped in to snatch them up, only to realize they were damp and deeply stained with blood, before making the split second decision to take them anyway, who could blame him? Okay, stupid question. Most people would blame him. He swore he tried to stop himself! But come on, these were Megumi Fushiguro's blood stained boxers...

Yuuji tries so hard to be good for Megumi, his unbearably attractive roommate, but some things (period blood stained underwear apparently) are just too tempting to his poor brain.
