"Heisenberg?!" Ethan lowers his gun, feeling suddenly, horribly tired. "What the hell are you doing here?"
"Nice to see you too, Ethan." Ethan's first name practically drips out of Heisenberg's mouth. He's been using a dinner plate as an ashtray, Ethan notices—the kind of minor detail the mind focuses on in moments of extreme stress (god, he's probably lucky the bastard bothered to find himself an ashtray at all).
But Heisenberg's still talking: "Dropped by, you weren't home, so I let myself in. Wouldn't want me loitering around your porch, bringing down the neighbourhood, would you?"
Ethan grits his teeth. He'd actually forgotten just how annoying Heisenberg could be. "Which still doesn't explain what the hell you're doing here."

Summary
Congratulations Mutt, You've trained your whole life to be the Administrator's personal GuardDog and assassin. You were hand picked and surgically modified for this. However, RED team has been having a rough time picking up the slack ever since BLU got their Spy back. So now you get to go help. All for the Administrator's entertainment, of course. The only problems are you barely talk, you have to wear a muzzle or you will bite people, you eat what you kill, and you have very little social training. AKA: Gricko is a druid. Druids are pretty well aware of nature and natural cycles. Heats and Ruts are natural cycles. Gricko doesn't know why Torbek hasn't mentioned anything, but as time ticks by and his heat approaches, the goblin decides to take matters into his own hands.

He's not the best at subtlety, but he'll do his best. His friend deserves that much.
