Summary
The world is teetering on the brink. Almost nobody understands how bad it is.

The tides of war are low, but they will rise once again. The foundations of Japan have fallen to age and disrepair. The earth is stained in the blood of the innocent, enough to whet Their appetite. Time is short, and soon all will be drowned by those who chose the absence of all that is good.
The world does not need another All Might. What it gets, it may not be able to handle. Either way, Deku will make Gran Torino proud. All Might, not so much.
