Thankfully, Roier only shoots him a puzzled look. “It’s Christmas, and I’m at the mall as an elf. I love it here! I love seeing kids and their parents smile when I spread the joy. I love Christmas. Don’t you?”
Cellbit forces himself to look away. “I’m not doing this for any other reason than the money. I just needed a job,” he explains a little impatiently. “It’s just for the holiday season; I don’t actually care about Christmas.”
And Roier looks floored.
“You don’t care about Christmas?!”
Or: It’s Christmastime, and Cellbit getting fired from his job lands him in a mall, stuck playing Santa with the holiday-obsessed mall elf Roier who won’t let his new coworker get away with half-assing his role as Santa Claus.

“Dude, I’m really sorry,” Jeffrey immediately apologizes, waving his arms frantically in Luis’s general direction. “I didn’t mean to, like, die all over you. I hope I didn’t get a bunch of blood on your pants.”
To his surprise, Luis snorts in response, giving Jeffrey a look that can only be described as… Well, as fond. That can’t be right, though. Because why would a guy like Luis ever be looking at Jeffrey with anything even close to fondness?
It must be a trick of the light, Jeffrey convinces himself.

Cellbit quickly cuts him off, “What’s your name, if you don’t mind me asking? I feel like it’s only fair, since you apparently know so much about me.”
The guy schools his expression into something more neutral, but Cellbit can tell he’s just dying to be rude- he probably would’ve already had some sort of smart ass response if they weren’t currently in a classroom surrounded by other parents. Instead, the man responds, “My name’s Roier. My son’s name is Bobby, in case you were wondering that, too.”
Cellbit definitely was wondering, so he can tell Richarlyson which kid to stay away from.

Or: When Cellbit overhears another dad criticizing his son during a little league game, he promises to never interact with that asshole or his son ever again. Too bad Richarlyson doesn't feel the same, since said asshole's son ends up becoming his best friend. (Enemies-to-Lovers!AU)

“Roier?” He asks, stunned. Sure enough, his ex-fiancee is standing in front of him, looking just as shocked as he feels.
Cellbit wishes that something other than, “Holy shit he looks so good,” pops into his mind, but he can’t help it. Old habits die hard.
He belatedly realizes that Richarlyson is also there, grasping onto Roier’s hand and tugging him forward, but even still like an idiot he blurts out, “Did you kidnap my son?”

Or: Roier ending his relationship with Cellbit means that the father Richarlyson knows and loves is suddenly gone- at least, in spirit. So, if Richarlyson wants his dad- and his newfound family -back, he's going to need to take matters into his own hands.
