Summary
Bruce is back in Gotham, he just wishes it could be on better terms. Part of him has always known he would end up back here, something about the city got under your skin and into your blood, but he isn't returning as the hero he knows the city needs. The Court of Owls have made it personal and he's returning as a shadow in the night to bring them to justice.

Summary
Dick Grayson is used to dealing with kids wanting to run away with the circus but Bruce Wayne isn't a normal runaway. He's an orphan, like Dick, and minor celebrity in his own right. He's also in danger, though he doesn't know it, and Dick is determined to keep him safe. This turns out to be harder than he was anticipating; he wasn't expecting the kid to be so stubborn, or so smart, or so angry, and most of all he wasn't expecting to get so attached to him. Dick doesn't have long to learn how to be a father and he will have to learn fast because Bruce isn't going to wait for him to catch up. Will he become a bat, or something much worse? Who is really responsible for the death of the Waynes and what will Bruce do when he finds out the truth? How can Dick protect him from an old enemy if he can't protect Bruce from himself?

Summary
Damian Wayne killed Ra's Al Ghul to try and prevent the Great War. He failed in that but he succeeded in shattering the League of Assassins. Now with his small corps of loyal followers and his father's mocking voice in his head he faces a new, unexpected threat. Aliens have landed. One alien at least. His name is Jon El. He has no idea how much trouble he is and, after a while, Damian finds out he has no idea how much trouble he was going to be. Damian has to learn fast if he's going to survive his father's attempts to retake control. He has an oppressive system to dismantle and not enough experience or manpower to be able to do it. A single mistake and the Master of Shadows will become nothing but a memory. Maybe what he needs is a Superman's help?
