Once upon a time, Tim Drake was Robin.
And he was 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥.
But he wasn't chosen.
And that's fine, okay? It was a delicate situation, he understood that then and he understands it now. He doesn't hold it against Bruce, or Dick, or anyone after him who benefited from the Batman that he fixed. It's just, he hadn't realized how many things he lost out on while fixing Batman.
The ice cream just seems to be the final straw.

Summary
Tim Drake is a planner. He's clever, he's detail oriented, and he always follows through. He became Robin to help Batman heal, so when a better way to do that presents itself, Tim plans. Tim's first few plans don't exactly work out like he'd hoped, but that's okay.

Even when this love is more akin to a dance between two souls where neither dare to touch the other lest they scald themselves. Or so Lumine’s friends would say after watching the way the youngest of the Harbingers’ trails after her in quiet awe. Someday, perhaps she’ll be convinced to turn around.

There will eventually be a fourth part. In the meantime everything wraps up neatly at the end of each story, so don’t feel like you have to wait to start!
