Summary
We follow the quick few minutes it takes the storm that is Alex Mercer to end Los Illuminados entirely. He and Dana, I like to imagine in the non-Prototype 2 epilogues, would work together to ensure that Gentek and all signs of the virus besides Alex himself were wiped from the Earth. The same way Alex travelled the world in the shitty Prototype 2 comics, here, he and Dana travel the world using his unique skillset to solve nightmarish problems.
For Leon, it was a gruelling day of horrible battles and blood.
For Alex, it's a few-minute jog in and out to solve things.

Nikkes are strange things to me.
Take a female human's brain and put them into a... metal suit, making them effectively cyborgs.
They're not human anymore, at least to me.
I see them as tools humanity has used to win a desperate war we are on the verge of losing. Whether you call them cyborgs or Nikkes is beyond me. I don't care.
I will continue to see them this way. No one can change my mind about that.
...Plus its better on my mind if I don't change.
