He’s right, Aegon thinks. These pathetic men call themselves soldiers and knights, fighting under a usurper whore. Aegon opens his mouth to inform them what he will do to them once he is back in King’s Landing, but hard leather fills his mouth instead.
Aegon’s eyes widen, looking down to see the toe of a boot has been shoved against his teeth. Instinctively he scrambles back, met only with another wave of pain and a chorus of laughter. He’s never been one to think about the consequences of his actions.
