Summary
William Wisp is just your average seventeen year old. What do you mean teenagers aren't supposed to be undead and have ghost powers? What do you mean most people aren't infamous supervillains who are partnered with Mallard Conway? Ah whatever, what do you know.
Vyncent Sol, or better known as Virion, is the apprentice of the great heroes Silhouette and The Hexpert.
Ashe Winters is just like Vyncent, except he has anxiety, what a joy! Oh, and he's also the son of a very popular hero and felt forced into becoming a hero as to not disappoint his dad, but that's not really important, is it?
Dakota Cole is (unlike William) an normal kid. He lives an average life. Everyday he goes to school and does his work. He has no powers, no hero identity. He's just a kid, struggling with the death of his parents.
Now, what happens when the four of these people cross paths?
Or, William is a supervillain in training under Mallard. Vyncent and Ashe are heroes, but they kind of suck at their job. And Dakota is so fucking bored of being normal.
Or, or, in a random brain blast I got this idea, and now all of you have to deal with it :)

Summary
Vyncent looked at him sometimes in the heat of fights and felt a pull deep inside him that told him to be beside him, to protect him; it could be so strong that he often could barely reel the feeling back and steady himself. William’s track record in life-threatening situations hardly served to quell this internal struggle for Vyncent; after the first base ordeal, and then the whole train incident (which made him shiver just to recall), his concern was rooted in realism. If he wasn’t careful, something could easily snatch Will away just as it had Ashe. Even if that situation was vastly different, nearly incomparable, their history with Mal also banged around in the back of Vyncent’s mind, and with the connection there that Mal and The Trickster had in terms of being evil, it weighed on him. He couldn’t have another friend be taken from him, and Will had gotten way too close for comfort on more than one occasion.

Summary
There was only so much a person could mentally and physically take until they broke down. He knew that if he were to continue the mentality of “i-am-a-piece-of-glass”, then he would be labeled as cracked. Not fully shattered, but he had gone through so much and picked up again and again, just to be dropped.
Or; Vyncent and William talk in the dead of night.
