However, something unexpected happened; Kirishima simply refused to give in. Instead of being pushed away, Kirishima stood strong in the face of Bakugou's rage and somehow even managed to gain his approval in the process.

Much to his luck - or lack of it -, the only person who can see and talk to him in this state is no one other than Kacchan.
