Summary
Soap’s face started scrunching up again, and Ghost moved on autopilot. His fingers carded through that ridiculous mohawk, snagging on a knot and making Soap wince.
“Settle.”
At the rumbled command, Soap’s whole body relaxed again, turning into liquid. His face smoothed as Ghost’s fingers started to work through his hair with ease. The little minx tilted his head toward Ghost’s hand, and Ghost was the one who shivered when the tip of Soap’s nose managed to find the sliver of skin exposed between his glove and shirt, brushing against the scent gland there.
Ghost wrenched his arm back at the electric contact. His heart hammered in his chest, and as he stared down with wide eyes at the blissfully unaware Soap, Ghost felt his fangs itch.
He was buggered.

Okay. Ghost had to calm down. It wasn’t appropriate to harbor these sorts of attractions for his subordinate.

Summary
