Spy vs culture shock, who will win? In other words, touching a merperson's tail is a sign of intimacy. Not really a cliffhanger, I'm just not sure how else to summarize this. It's just a one-shot, although I'm planning on writing more one-shots for this AU because I'm getting oddly invested.
