Listen. Shadow and Bone S2 blindsided me with this and I just had to write something. Inej deserves a nice spiritual himbo and a safe, steady source of unconditional appreciation and cuddles. Tolya deserves someone to geek out about poetry with. Kaz deserves a proper counterweight to balance him out, be unflappably chill, and be there for Inej when and in ways he can't. Yet, anyway.
I have no idea how it would work either, but here's to figuring it out.

The thing about coding is that it’s all about languages. It’s learning new syntaxes and phrases and framings, it’s reshaping your brain to communicate in a new way, with something that feeds on logic and direct lines of thoughts.
Where everyone else looks at Parker and sees something irrational and confusing, he sees a language, he sees a system of logic with rules to be learned.
