Summary
Man, Eret was starting to sorely regret the whole “disappearing from the SMP territories in a panic” deal. Living on the move, away from friends and the warmth of their own home, was survivable, but not comfortably so.
If only they had the courage to just turn back from the ease of unfamiliar terrain and take up their mantle, as they were meant to. As they should have ages ago, the same night they turned tail and fled from the palace as if chased. Yet here they were, miles away, slowly making their way towards… well, anything but the SMP, frankly.

It's easy to get too into a project, work for days in a row, forget to eat, and not notice any of this until it's a bit too late... and that's exactly what happens to Xisuma! Thankfully a friend is there to dive in and save the day - just a tad belatedly.
