Summary
Picking up after Kings tide, we get to witness the aftermath of the day of Unity, and how Luz and her friends are affected. With no other choice, Luz leads her friends to Camila's house for a place to stay, and must help adapt them to a new world they've never been to before. Luz must also wrestle with her feelings of self-hatred and doubt, if she wants to become happy once again.
