Naofumi has been through a lot. He quelled frenzied Nobles and technical gods, survived the wilds of Hisui, and more. All in the name of finding all the Pokemon of Hisui. Yet, being isekai'd a second time to be the Shield Hero of another world right at the last Pokemon? Naofumi is not dealing with another shitshow. Add in Volo is the new Seven Star Staff Hero, a oddly parallel to Commander Kamado, and three overconfident fellow heroes.. Naofumi just wants to complete the Pokedex with finding Giratina and prevent another Red Sky incident. At least he has all his Pokemon with him to help him.

Now, the finished version of “Telefones” (commonly shortened to just “fones”) have spread all across Teyvat and gained massive popularity. The Traveler received an unlimited supply as thanks for their help, and they proceeded to gift fones to all their friends. Surely that would be a good, efficient way to keep in touch, right?

After fones spread across Teyvat and the Traveler connected their many friends through group chats, Hu Tao started to take note of small suspicious details about some of them. What began as jokes became actual theories, and now she’s on a quest to figure out the truth just to satisfy her own curiosity. Ask her directly, though, and she’ll deny knowing any of this.
(Basically, a spin-off in which Hu Tao discovers everyone’s secrets.)
