Summary
Events happen, people change, life goes on.
Julian Bashir’s casual desires to settle down and have a family of his own became true too soon, and he doesn’t know how to handle it all during a particularly fragile time in the post Dominion-war alpha quadrant. Elim Garak, the man he finally accepted he was in love with, would be the man to eventually come to the rescue and help put his concerns at ease.
This includes mpreg throughout the entire story and will have a birth scene, with Julian being a trans man who chose to not opt for bottom surgery or a hysterectomy. Please don’t read if this is not something you like to read about. Any triggers will be mentioned in the beginning notes of each chapter. Minor edits throughout the story occur occasionally.

Summary
Miles is at another low point in his life. Not only does he hold feelings for Julian Bashir, his best friend, but he discovered that Keiko has been long aware of his love for the Doctor too. Even with Keiko’s blessings, Miles is struggling with dealing with his new turmoil.
An eventual confession, a hot affair, and a certain Cardassian knowing his truth, what was Miles O’Brien going to do now that one of his hidden wishes came true, but he still felt ashamed of himself for cheating on his wife?
With Keiko hitting a wall with calming Miles down, only Julian and his own unexpressed feelings for Miles can put an end to the Engineer’s suffering.
Set between second half of season 6 and first half of season 7. Slight canon diversion as Julian has no feelings for, nor is in a relationship, with Erzi or Sarina in this story. Very brief Miles/Julian/Garak at the end of the first chapter, but the main focus is Miles/Julian throughout.

Summary
Julian Bashir has a secret that he’s kept hidden from most for four centuries: That he is, by human identification, a ‘vampire’. With an incident involving him and prolonged blood-deprivation, however, it’d gotten exposed to his dearest of friends and colleagues gradually and violently; Elim Garak in particular.
Even when it’s over, Julian is still facing problems. He discovers a part of himself that he’d previously dismissed until that very moment; he’s in love with Garak. The following realisation arrives with Garak as well, and the Tailor is left conflicted about his own love for the Doctor that now went beyond mere lust.
This new situation becomes impossible to ignore in their continuing gatherings, with consequences afoot in each deciding action the two men take in dealing with it.

Summary
What’s so funny?” Garak asked, lifting his head just enough to catch Julian’s eye, one eyebrow raised in playful suspicion. Julian grinned, turning his face to press a lazy kiss to the corner of Garak’s mouth.
“Nothing. Just thinking how much you’re like a lizard on a warm rock, so content.” he teased, his voice soft and affectionate, eyes crinkling at the corners as he spoke. Garak’s eyes widened momentarily, then softened with a rare, genuine smile.
“A lizard, am I?” he mused, the mock offense laced with amusement. He moved his hand to Julian’s waist, fingers tracing light, lazy circles against his skin, the touch soothing. “Well, as long as I’m your lizard, I suppose I can accept that.”

Duty bound to save a life, Dr. Julian Bashir tries to untangle the threads before it's too late. It would probably be easier if his friend the tailor didn't insist on sticking his nose where it doesn't belong…
