He found himself looking forward to their games, until one day, he got a shocking realization that Green was not only a child, but a bullied one, and suddenly he had someone to protect.
And if he taught the child how to take over the world in the process, well, he was Nedzu, after all.

“You trust our seven year old son more than you trust me?” Hisashi asks, mouth twitching upward. “Oh, how you wound me, darling.”
Some of the tension around his wife drains away, and she snorts. “Izuku has never traumatized an entire faculty of teachers before.”
It's time for parent-teacher conferences, and Hisashi is the only one who can make it. Fortunately for him, he's well prepared to take over in his wife's steed. Unfortunately for the school, Izuku's teachers have never lasted long after any encounters with him.

“Intimidation,” he says, waving a hand dismissively. Catching Izuku’s confused look, he expands, “When you scare – or force – someone into doing something for you.”
The look on Izuku’s face can only be described as horrified, which reminds Hisashi he needs to adapt a child-friendly speech on intimidation tactics sometime in the future.
Temporarily retired supervillian Hisashi Midoriya is wonderful at parenting, in his opinion. So when his five year old son asks for advice on how to make friends, Hisashi is naturally prepared to make him the most influential kindergardener in Musutafu.

Summary
Being told by his idol that he can be a hero was the greatest thing that had ever happened in Midoriya Izuku’s life. In fact, it was so incredible and amazing that it compelled him to do something that he had been taught from an early age to NEVER do. He asked his teacher a question.
Or: Izuku decides to ask Toshinori to teach him how to use One For All while he’s cleaning up the beach. This prompts Toshinori to realize that he actually can’t really do that. So he reluctantly calls Gran Torino and gets him to help train and supervise Izuku’s ten month American Dream Plan for entering UA.

Izuku has game nights with the League of Villains, accepts that he's probably a villain, befriends a sleepy panda, has a bunch of Todorokis sleeping on his couch, terrifies everyone at U.A., denies having daddy issues, falls in love with a shotgun, infects the League with his shitty fashion sense, challenges Kacchan to a Just Dance competition, watches the disaster courtship of Dabi and Hawks, adopts a traumatized child, gets said child addicted to Among Us, and fists fights an entire army. In that order.
Or: Izuku is a villain. Kinda. A villain is defined by the use of their quirk, and he's quirkless. Besides, the worse thing he's done is erase Tomura's save files. And befriend the League of Villains. And accidentally kidnap the son of the number two Hero. Shouto likes it better on their couch anyway. Oh, and there's the whole 'traitor' thing too. Welp.
“I’m pulling you over because you were driving with three people on a motorcycle.”
Dabi shifts in his seat, Himiko and Izuku squished in front of him. And then it hits them. “Wait, three?”
They glance behind them.
“Oh fuck,” Izuku curses. “Tomuchan fell off!”
