Summary
Through it all, Bilbo endured. Through the loss, the pain, the devastation. Through the solitude. Through relearning how to open his heart, then watching the evil of the world destroy someone he cares so deeply for once again. Bilbo endured. He planted his trees and read his books and survived. he raised and loved his nephew and survived. But no matter what he did, no matter how hard he tried, after that cold day on Ravenhill he never truly felt like he was living. his heart had gone away to the next place. To far off halls where he would never be allowed.
So when Frodo returned from Mordor a shadow of himself and they were both offered a place on one of the Elven ships departing from the Grey Havens, Bilbo declared that he couldn't wait for his next adventure and went along. Maybe some part of him was hoping that the Undying Lands would be able to heal his broken heart along with Frodo's. Maybe the Valar would take pity on him, too.
When he next wakes to find himself back to the day Gandalf invited him on an adventure, he clings to the chance with both hands. No matter what he must sacrifice, he will make sure each and every one of his Dwarves makes it through this journey whole and hale. -

Summary
This is a purely self-indulgent canon rewrite of basically what I wish would have happened. For the most part it will follow canon if Jake were a little less of a skxawng.
Jake Sully had never felt less in control of his life than when he arrived on Pandora. Everything that had led him to this point was just some terrible blur and he was so *tired* of horrible things happening. Somehow, by some boon from the universe, he finds light again in a community of blue cat aliens. But fortunately Jake Sully has always been good at rolling with the punches and he will do anything to keep his slice of found peace safe. -

Summary
The fight between Wei WuXian and Jin ZiXuan in Cloud Recesses goes a little different when more people get involved. Faced with a massive fight between his students, Lan Qiren is forced to summon nearly every notable figure in the cultivation world to the Cloud Recesses to figure out what to do with all these troublemakers. Unfortunately wherever Wei WuXian is concerned, nothing ever goes right, and this must all be his fault somehow, right? As soon as the doors to Lan Qiren's office shut behind the last arrival, everything goes dark. They wake up in what appears to be an alternate dimension where someone or something has apparently decided that they need a kick in the pants to get on the right track, because if things stay the way they are, no one will make it out unscathed.
They are then all forced into some kind of mass empathy where they are shown the future, in hopes that they can change the course of history.
