Summary
Midoriya Izuku just wants to lead a quiet, peaceful life. This is foiled by the fact that a) he can see spirits, b) his good nature demands that he help anyone he sees in trouble, and c) he, by all rights, should not exist.
Helping the heroes who have fallen victim to the new quirk-breaking drug is a terrible idea for many reasons, the first and most important being that he hates attention and avoids it like the plague. But he's the only one who can help, so he does.
This is, Izuku decides as he breaks in, more trouble than it's worth.

The writing on this story is just absolutely fantastic. It’s not Dadzawa (I know, truely a crime) but it’s got a very sassy izuku and such a deep dive into the world that the author created. It’s unfinished but it inspired complicated creation, which has more chapters, but it isn’t as gruesome I think. Anyway, super good

“Shut up,” he mutters, “you’re not real.”
“That’s not a good sign,” a dry voice remarks, and Izuku’s got his back to a wall and his hands in front of his eyes before he even thinks about it. “Nice reflexes, but can they make up for the fact that you’re apparently hearing voices?”
“Who are you,” Izuku growls, not lowering his fists as his useless eyes rove over the room, searching for a person-shaped outline. “Why are you here? Where’s Tom?”
“My name is Aizawa Shouta,” the man replies, stepping out of a side door. He’s tall, pale, and dressed in all black with black hair hanging lank around his shoulders. The blurred mush of his finer details looks bored. “You can’t see me, can you?”

Or; Midoriya Izuku spends four years as a fighter pilot in another dimension before sacrificing his life for the good of the cause and waking up in Japan. Needless to say, the ensuing school year at UA doesn't go as smoothly as Aizawa Shouta might have liked.- Language:

This one is rather dark in an unusual way in comparison to some of the others on this list, but in this izuku is sort of from an alternate reality where he was a child soldier/pilot and then ended up in the cannon after dying. He’s slightly schizophrenic and definitely insane, but the lore goes hard. Sadly, it is unfinished but it does sort of wrap up and fully explain itself towards the end so we’re left with a bit of light and not all darkness. Overall it’s a super unique concept and an interesting read.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.

A pretty neat take on villain deku with a whole blackmail thing. Izuku has a ton of PTSD and honestly reminds me of jinx but still has a bit of his old self. As I said before, villain deku, he’s an assassin for the LOV, quirkless but got a quirk from AFO experiments but it’s not op. This sadly is completed but does not have an ending. The only bad thing about this is the fact that it is all about izuku’s recovery and not about the pain and torture he went through which I would’ve enjoyed more but eh doesn’t make it too bad. Decent read with chapter size and word count.

A small series about nomu izuku who is basically a mini kurogiri. It’s a pretty sweet just nice and small read, and if you have ever been on MHA Pinterest, you have likely seen the comics that are from this fic. They were drawn by thefrootloopchan and this chain of fics is by tunafushprincess, both of whom are rather large in the fic scene. Anyway, not to angst but still entertaining.
