Summary

Summary
Deep hidden away in a drawer in the halls of Grimmauld Place was a diary, written by RAB. The pages were well worn, some had stained coffee rings because of the faint smell emitting from it. Others were blurred beyond recognition from tears that must have been shed. The occasional photograph stuck between pages for those small moments of happiness that he held on to. Flowers pressed between pages as a sort of way to keep some things alive.. The magic of this diary held a small piece of his soul. No it wasn't a horcrux but it was a sort of dark magic long ago forgotten. Those pages held a story of a boy forced to grow, forced into a life he did not want for himself.

Summary
To the outside world the case is simple - Hermione Granger helped Antonin Dolohov escape from prison and now they are both on the run, intent on killing the people who have wronged them in the past.
At face value, Hermione and Antonin are simply two war-traumatised people seeking revenge, and if there's more to the case than that, well, Gawain Robards doesn't have the patience to investigate it. He's dealt with Death Eaters before, and he refuses to tolerate their particular brand of cold-blooded murder again.
Only Hermione, Antonin, and a few of their most loyal friends know the shocking extent of the deception currently taking place.
Now, Hermione and Antonin must dodge the D.M.L.E and catch the real murderers themselves. It's no mean feat, but, it's the only way they can prove their innocence and clear their names.
