    Izuku Midoriya is like any other ten-year-old, or he would be, if only he had a quirk. His mother and everyone around him scorn and pity him because of his lack of a quirk. One day it becomes too much for his mother to handle and she leaves him outside to fend for himself in the winter. What is he supposed to do?
