Summary
“Hey, Soybean,” Jeonghan murmurs quietly, as he takes his daughter into his arms, carefully supporting her head. She makes a little, wondering, happy vowel sound, smiling up at him, then starts rooting.
“She behaved so well, the whole trip,” Seungcheol volunteers. “Slept almost all the way through. I think she likes airplanes.”

Summary
"Jeonghan," Seungcheol says, strangled.
Jeonghan closes his eyes. Oh god, he thinks hysterically. Not this again.
Again. Like Jeonghan is some sort of late-alpha presenter attractor. It’s quite possibly the most ridiculous thing Jeonghan has thought of, but it is undeniably true.

Summary
“I’m Mingyu,” the man - Mingyu - says, holding out his hand for Jihoon to shake tentatively. His hands are strong, calloused. Quite the opposite of Jihoon’s – Jihoon is clearly made for a life indoors. “Do you need help getting somewhere?”
“Uh … No,” Jihoon says, a little too quickly to seem true. Mingyu raises an eyebrow, like he doesn’t quite believe him. “It’s under control,” he tacks on, hoping he sounds convincing.
“Are you sure? You’re kind of standing in a bush.”
Or: Jihoon embarrasses himself in front of the hot park ranger so he fucks the hot park ranger about it.

Summary
But right now, standing at the entrance of his own home, Joshua found himself staring at something that made no sense. Someone had dared to walk straight into his territory, not only that, but had collapsed directly at his front door as though they belonged there. Normally, that kind of audacity was met with blood. Normally, Joshua would have reached for his gun without hesitation and put a bullet through the intruder’s skull before they had a chance to breathe again. That was the way he had survived this long. That was the way he had built his name.
But instead of cold rage flooding through him, he stood frozen in the doorway. Rain hammered against the ground outside, a relentless downpour that splattered over the steps and carried streams of mud and water across his doorstep.
And right there, kneeling in the rain, was Seungcheol.
His rival.
