In the living room TV, and in my bedroom, there is a Blu-ray player. It's already hooked up to the TVs, so you should be good to go.” Robby offered.
“Wow, thanks. I think I will also take you up on that offer. What’s the starting point? Nothing horror. Give me something inspiring.” He wanted to absorb every preference and every thought that made Robby who he was. He wants to watch all of his favorites. Dennis wanted to crawl inside Robby's head.

Robby goes on his trip. Leaving Dennis to care for his home for the 3 months. Dennis finds his movie collection. Robby tells him what he should watch. Their connection to each other grows. Dennis is a bit of a freak. Robby is possessive even miles and miles away.

Summary
Robby is known to be a bit of white knight, sometimes to his own detriment. That impulse is certainly to blame when it comes to bringing a homeless Dennis Whitaker to stay in his guest room.
Turns out, Dennis can out white knight him any day of the week.

Summary
Dennis Whitaker has always been good at not-thinking about things. The way Robby says Abbot's name. The current in a room when both of them are in it. The fact that he has, apparently, developed feelings for not one but two attendings, which is a disaster by any reasonable metric.
Then Abbot comes back from three weeks away, finds Dennis alone in the break room at three in the morning, and answers the question Dennis didn't mean to ask out loud.

Dennis watched Robby inhale, his throat working, his eyes slipping shut, his head tilting back as he exhaled into the night and thought 'put it out on me, mark me, ruin me' and then he turned away, because Robby was married and happily at that and if Dennis was anything he was a good person who respected boundaries.
But the thought didn't go away.Dennis leads a married Robby into temptation, one cigarette at a time.
