“I don’t get it,” Toph asks Katara after her fifth rant about the mysterious appearance of Zuko. “Is he hot?”
“Toph!” Katara yelps, scandalized.
“That wasn’t a no.”
Katara storms off in a huff. She’s not going to put up with such undignified behavior.
Okay, fine, so Zuko was hot. Who cares? Not Katara. She certainly didn’t think that the healing cut across his face made him look dashing. That was some romance novel nonsense, and Katara only read those in secret. She certainly would never allow herself to think such things.
High School AU: Katara is a gifted student obsessed with track and field. Then Zuko shows up to mess up all her best-laid plans with his stupid, hot, annoying self.

“Seriously?” She asked, irritated.
He cocked his head, sensing that this wasn’t part of the act. “I thought this was what you wanted?”
“When I said I wanted to roleplay, I was hoping we’d be doing more fucking than like, I don’t know- whatever this is.”
It's been a year since Ramattra defected to Overwatch, and 5 months since he'd started dating Hana. They're in a great place now, but Hana gets a bit nostalgic for "the good old days".

Summary
Ramattra learned that a princess was to arrive at the Shambali Monastery the same day he learned she was to be his charge.
It was not a chance to learn about human nature, no matter how Mondatta liked to frame it. It was a punishment.
He thought back on all the royal dignitaries that came in the past, and wondered which of them this new princess would resemble. Would she be spoiled, demanding a fast remedy that did not exist? Would she be lazy, and expect to lie about as the monks worked tirelessly to heal her and pick up her slack? Would she be sheltered, perhaps, and arrive like a weeping bride when she saw the ravager that was to be her guide?
He was not prepared for Hana Song.
