The number stares back at you from the jacket of the man crouching in front of you. Your breath catches. The air is thick-- wrong. Like you're choking on the aftermath of something you weren't meant to survive.
You know it. You moved. You felt it. The misstep, the shift of your head.

Summary
The Front Man prides himself on the consensual nature of his games. Manipulated or not, every participant who enters his playground has voluntarily offered themselves up to the experience. He truly believes that the games provide a space where all participants can be equal. At least for six days.
When a VIP requests that Hana, a girl not considered to be in a desperate need of money, be entered into the games by force, the Front Man cannot refuse... but is quietly enraged by her very presence. She should not be there, ruining his delusions of fairness and consent, especially not whilst returning player 456 seeks to incite an insurrection. Will Hana's involuntary participation force him to look upon the experience in a new light, or will he dispose of her just like he would any other threat to the continuation of the games?
