Summary
Ethan Winters stumbles into the Village, convinced he has lost his wife, convinced he has been betrayed, and looking for answers. He is hopelessly out of the loop, and the depths of the horror he uncovers only grow deeper as he finds the scene of a gruesome massacre, monsters, and a cult set on using the last broken pieces of his family to fuel their depravity. He is alone, desperate, and faced with death at every turn.
But there is help to be found: a beast as lost in its own mind as he is in the world attaches itself to him, lured by a nearly buried grief for what it has become, and what it has lost. Where Ethan seeks to save his daughter, it seeks a purpose other than endless cruelty. It shadows his steps and soon finds itself fighting to protect him against the seemingly insurmountable odds he faces.
Or: the Winters family accidentally end up taking in an
actual adult person/mutantstray.

Summary
Haircut. Cheap suit. Briefcase filled with fucking weed. Exchange for money. Go home. In that order.
It doesn’t work out that way, because nothing ever does. There’s undercover cops stationed outside of the hotel room where Mike’s supposed to do this, and Trevor isn’t answering his fucking phone, so all he can do is run. And he might've gotten away, too, if he hadn't run head-first into some short, balding guy holding a fucking cat in his arms like it's a human child.
-Mike gets arrested carrying a briefcase filled with weed. He's not interested in having a public defender - he's not interested in lawyers, period. He's definitely not interested in one in a fancy suit with a rod up his ass who thinks quoting movies is enough to build rapport. Joke's on him, though, because Harvey doesn't even really want to represent him, either.

Summary
Dante said 'no'. It shouldn't have come off as much of a surprise. The Order kept an eye on the self-proclaimed demon hunter for years now. They knew his answer to being tied down. Forced. It was always rebellion. Yet Vergil thought he played his cards right - only to face rejection. Indifference. Coming from his blood brother who didn't recognise him the moment he set foot in the light!
Vergil’s pride was hurt and he would not let it rest. He needed bigger guns, so to speak. As much as he hated to be forced to use his old connections, the future saviour of mankind had one last card up his sleeve.

Summary
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, and sometimes the immortal leader of a cult tries to summon the god of death and gets you instead. ‘Not dying’ just got a lot more complicated than ‘follow chemlab safety instructions.’ A tongue-in-cheek, Akatsuki-centric SI/OC.

Summary
Morgott and a Tarnished perpetually two steps from claiming the Frenzied Flame have made a vow together: if he agrees to mend the Elden Ring and help her heal the world, she will claim the runes and bring them to him. If not, then the world must burn. The road ahead is yet long, steeped in sin and struggle, and teetering on the edge of despair.
"Egal was kommt, es soll geschehen."
[This is a sequel to/continuation of the oneshot No Absolution. I've summarized it in chapter one, but reading it is still recommended.]
